All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Customized products may require additional processing time depending on the design and availability.

Shipping Time

Delivery time typically ranges between 5–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking id through Whatsapp, email or sms

Shipping Charges

Currently we are offering Free delivery for all orders , however customer can pay extra amount if they need any urgent shipping you can enquire through prabhusports@gmail.com

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS or Whatsapp. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may reattempt delivery. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Provide necessary proof so we can assist you with a resolution.
